INTERFLEX Code of Ethics

Interflex Inc., in order to be honest to our customers beyond profit making and social responsibility; ensure enhanced rights of our shareholders; seek win-win partnership with our subcontractors through fair trade; and to meet all the corporate social responsibilities and duties by providing our employees fulfillment and happiness, has established and is committed to our own code of ethics as follows:

    grow up as a company to enjoy the public affection by diligently performing social responsibilities

  • Customers

    recognize that customers satisfaction is the basis of corporate development and makes the best efforts to enhance the rights and value for our customers.

  • Shareholder

    listen to and respect shareholders’ opinion and work the best to maximize their rights/benefits and investment value.

  • Subcontractor

    seek a long-term shared growth by establishing a fair and cooperative relationship by guaranteeing equivalent chances of participation to all trades

  • Employees

    employees shall establish right ethical philosophy based on diligence, sincerity and unity, and deal with given tasks in a way that excludes personal benefits under the virtue of honesty and integrity, placing the corporate interest before anything else.

Ethical Action Guide

this guide state specifics of allowed behaviors and the criteria for efficient operation of cod of ethics

All employees shall make effort for this action guide to be settled as the basis of ethical decision making and behaviors so as to establish a leading corporate culture.

  1. 1. Responsibility for Nation, Society and Environment
    1. 1) Respect shared values in the society such as laws and practice, and seek a shared development through fair and reasonable social activities
    2. 2) Meet international agreements and laws related to human rights, environment and culture etc.
    3. 3) Contribute to development of national economy and growth of community by creating profit and diligently paying taxes
  2. 2. Responsibilities and Duties for Customers
    1. 1) Maintain honesty and diligence attitude to protect customers’ personal information and keep promises that we made.
    2. 2) Respect customers’ opinion, and prepare the best quality and service based on technical capacity to satisfy our customers
    3. 3) Shall not degrade benefits for customers by unethical action
  3. 3. Responsibilities and Duties for Shareholders
    1. 1) Respect the rights and share value of shareholders and investors, and efficiently operate the risk management system and internal control system.
    2. 2) Establish a responsible management system and provide necessary information for decision making by management to obtain trust of shareholders.
  4. 4. Fair Competition and Trade
    1. 1) All trades with subcontractors shall be proceeded under the principle of free competition with equivalent chances of participation guaranteed.
    2. 2) Registration and selection of subcontractors shall be conducted in a transparent and reasonable manner according to objective and fair evaluation criteria.
    3. 3) Fair trade related laws and regulations shall be strictly followed.
  5. 5. Ethics of Employees
    1. 1) Employees shall keep high ethical belief and maintain both personal dignity and corporate honor.
    2. 2) Understand company policy, regulations and mission, and be committed to given tasks in a fair and reasonable manner.
    3. 3) Shall not degrade unity of the organization by creating or distributing groundless rumors or by violating workplace etiquettes.
    4. 4) Employees shall not perform irregularities during work and place the corporate benefits first.
  • Interflex receives all report of unduly handling or violation of our employees.
    1. 1. The informer’s information shall be necessarily protected in a way of closed proceedings.
    2. 2. Shall be reported anonymously by principle, and a timely response will be provided by phone or email.
  • Items that require the user’s agreement for personal information protection
    1. 1. Purpose of gathering or using the personal information: secure the channel for smooth communication to check the intention or to handle complaints
    2. 2. Items of personal information to be collected: email address, telephone number
    3. 3. Possession or usage of personal information: immediate destruction upon achieving the purpose of receiving the information
